Katherine Heigl is probably most known from her recent television role as Dr. Isobel 'Izzie' Stevens (featured in the hit series Greys Anatomy) witch has earned her an Emmy Award and a nomination for a Golden Globe Award. This stunning actress has great looks, a foxy body, and she can act too, witch is why we expect to see more of her in larger leading movie roles like Knocked Up and 27 Dresses (watch the movie). Her latest film role is in "The Ugly Truth" a new feature film due later out this year. Hot Katherine Heigl Heigl plays a romantically challenged morning show producer whom is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent in order to prove his theories about relationships and to help her find love. His clever ploys, however, lead to an unexpected result.

She was first introduced into the celebrity world as a young child model at age nine by her aunt whom took photos of her and sent them to some New York modeling agencies. A few weeks later she was signed to an international agency known as Wilhelmina. She was quickly featured in a magazine advertisement and was then followed with a television appearance in a Cheerios cereal commercial. This was followed with a number of other commercials and advertisements before making her big-screen movie debut in 1992 in the film, "That Night". She claims that this is when she realized that she would rather do acting then modeling. It would take a few more years before she landed her first leading role in the movie "My Father the Hero" while remaining in high school.

Katherine continued to star in several movie roles before deciding to branch out into television appearing as Isabel Evans on the teenage hit sci-fi drama show titled "Roswell". On the show she was one of three aliens disguised as teenagers who try to prevent government agencies from discovering the truth. In between filming the TV show she also continued to work with movies such as "100 Girls", "Valentine" and ""The Twilight Zone"".

In 2005, she began her role as beautiful blond intern Dr. "Izzie" Stevens on the ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy". The show quickly became a household hit eventually earning her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a drama Series or Made for Television movie. Her success was recognized again a few years later when she won an Emmy award for "Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series". Her success carried over into getting her some key leading roles in hit films such as "Knocked up" and "27 Dresses"
